The wiki has been repeatedly hit by spammers. I've locked it down so
that no more editing is possible except by me. Yeah, not much of a wiki if you
can't edit it, but the ratio of spam to actual contributions has been about
1000:1 for the last year, so I'm not too worried.
If you want to make a change, let me know and I can open it back up.
