Just consider the methods "_resolveColumn" and "_resolveColumns" they
were added/changed in early 2013 by Paul and Ed. They are not in your
version of the dGrid.py, either I am looking at the wrong version of
that file or if they are missing that is in my view a problem.
I realize you would like to know what changes or fixes differ from
yours but I really don't know.
I am passed that, the latest version of 'grid.py' in the 'phoenix2ndtry'
branch works for me (against 2.8.12, 3.0.2 classic and 3.0.3 Phoenix -
with some limitations as noted in the code by TODO: Phoenix tags) and it
looks like the problem in my previous version was caused by some changes
in relation to SetTable.
