Got menu commands to work with dShell
I wasn't able to ct/copy/paste when working with dShell, and if it was
frontmost, I couldn't quit either. I used Claude Code to help trace
through the Dabo/wxPython layers to find the places that needed to be
updated for the shell to work with menus.
