So why am I posting to Dabo? Cuz if some Dabo god could produce a clock that sits on top of the Dabo framework, I could at least give my client something to look at. Why Dabo? 2 reasons. 1) (nda) 2) cuz it will put Dabo in front of him, and even if 1 never pans out, he will still have heard the word Dabo and I think that is a good thing.

There is a base wxPython class called 'AnalogClockWindow'. We don't currently wrap it in Dabo, but it wouldn't take more than an hour or so to do it. If you have wxPython installed with the demos, there is a demo of the class in the 'Custom Controls' section.

Not that I am complaining, but if I don't have time to read the 'spec' I was sent, you think I have an hour or so? I was hoping for "I'll add a clock to the recipee demo." maybe hook it to the cooking time so that you just hit "go" and it sets an alarm based on current time + cooking time.

I should really just read the spec. but that would require me reading, siging and faxing the NDA. which would require me to figure out how to hook up my fax machine. It can wait another week. I gotta start packing for SWFox.
