[dabo-users] problems starting dabo IDE

Should I be able to run the IDE?  I try to start it from the command 
line by typing "IDE.py".  It says

  The Dabo Report Writer has dependencies on libraries you
  Don't appear to have installed.  You still need:
    reportlab
    PIL

I'am using Windows2000 with
  dabo-0.4.2a
  daboide-0.2.2a
  wxPython 2.6.1.0
  python 2.4.1
