Well, it wasn't what I thought it was, but that pointed me in the
right direction. I just posted a fix.
I just refreshed my svn copy of dabo and daboide but the bug is still
there. Have I got the right versions?

Corrected a problem that resulted in double events being generated:
LayoutPanels were responding to MouseRightClick, while controls were
bound to the ContextMenu event.

I don't consider this a show-stopper so it is not neccessary to drop
everything to fix it immediately.
