You can use the control palette to speed up the placing of controls on a
form but it appears that you can only place controls into sizer slots
this way.
This makes sense because you should only be able to place a control in a
sizer slot, but the control palette also shows buttons for sizers and it
won't allow you to place one of these either.
Either you should be able to place a sizer onto (for example) an empty
dPanel, or the sizer buttons should be removed from the control palette.
