Hmmm... even the last release (0.4 for the IDE classes) had a
Designer.py in the 'daboide' directory. What files did you install?
Also, the IDE stuff is being very actively developed. The stuff in
the last release, while only a month and a half old, is really out-of-
date. You might want to consider using either the nightly builds or
updating your installation with Subversion to stay up-to-date.
