Normally you just edit an existing page (the one that your new page
pertains to), and add the link to it somewhere on that page, either
by including the page name in 'InterCap' form, or by enclosing it in
[square brackets]. When you save that page, that link will appear as
a question mark, indicating that the page doesn't yet exist; click on
that to create the page.
Alternatively, you can just enter a URL like http://dabodev.com/wiki/
MyCoolNewPage, and if that page doesn't exist, you will be given an
option to create it.
