I've asked about this in several fora online, and the consensus
seems to be that you need a different solution for Windows than for
Everything Else. IOW, the solutions for Linux don't work well on
Windows, and vice-versa.
I keep wanting to set up a SQL Server test database and play around
with this, but until they create the 36-hour day...
