Hello, it looks like this wxDataViewCtrl is foreseen to be included in wxWidgets 2.8, but that the developers are missing a native MacOS version. There is no documentation about it but as far as I understand, this is something like an outline view in MacOS X, ie. a multi-column hierarchical list, but with some added features compared to the current wxTreeListCtrl. Such as e.g. in-place editing of attribues in rows with appropriate controls (a calendar for dates etc.).
This looks really useful to any kind of database application, so if anyone on the list has enough knowledge of C++ and SWIG (and Carbon), maybe you could help out with the MacOS X native implementation...
