They certainly used to! I don't know when it changed.
I was never a big fan of allowing the user to adjust the row size.
Column size, yeah, I can see that, but row size?
Depends on what you have in the grid. You aren't limited to text,
and I believe that it would be simple enough to add text wrapping.
Why not allow it? Some people like seeing tighter rows, others like more
spacing.
