        I was all set to tell you that you were insane and must be seeing  
things, but I figured that maybe I should play around with it first.

        I did a little investigating, and it turns out that on Windows, if  
you don't set a parent object for the wx.ColourDialog, it shows non- 
modally. Set a parent object, and it's modal. Go figure.

        So yeah, you're right. Another wx quirk bites the dust! Thanks for  
pushing me to figure this one out. The change has just been committed.
