        Take a look at http://wxwidgets.org/manuals/2.6.3/wx_wxprintout.html

        Printing is very, very low-level in wxPython. This would require a  
major effort, probably on par with creating the Dabo grid, in order  
to achieve basic printing in Dabo.

        Does ReportLab have an option of 'to printer' instead of opening up  
the output in a preview? If so, that could handle a large amount of  
our printing needs.
