Hi all, First of all let me tell you how great dabo is... i've been using it every once in a while, just to play with it a little bit, until today, when i decided to start my first real-world dabo application.... I'm very surprised with how great it is to code with dabo, cdxml is probably the best thing after sliced bread, the API is great, database support is working flawlessly with postgresql and it really gets you away from the problems and inconsistencies with wxwidgets... belive me, i know.... (ok.... i've been coding in every a few languages and frameworks, so i knew what to look for, but still, dabo FEELS "The Right Way"....) Way to go Paul and Ed, keep up the good work, i'll help as soon as i have the time....
Still, i'm having a problem right now i've noticed before and have been unable to resolve ultil now: Is it possible to create a combobox with the contents of a table (id, value) and save the id into the field of another table? Example: Table 1 id | value 1 | xpto 2 | abc Table 2 field1 | field2 123 | 2 where the "2" in Table 2 has been selected in the combobox??
