No, this won't work with MySQLdb. The module requires various MySQL
libraries in order to be compiled, and its author, Andy Dustman,
emphatically states "I don't do Windows".
A few binary installers have started to appear; as soon as I hear
some positive feedback on them, I'll update the wiki.
