Found it. I had a grid sizer with 10 rows, and I removed two rows (I forget
how!). Looking at the .cnxml file, I noticed that the grid sizer def had 8
rows ("rows=8"), but in the re were still 10 actual rows defined in the
XML. Removed these and all is well.
