Sorry I should have investigated more last night - I just thought that
something had changed with ClassDesigner tools and I had missed it.
Anyway the cdxml contains sizerInfo="{}" instead of
sizerInfo="{'Proportion': 1, 'Expand': True}". Expand is checked when I save
it. I'll submit a bug report.
