I've missed good introduction texts that describes things like
dPemMixin. So far the documentation is mostly in the code so you'll have
to read a lot of the code to understand and write larger applications
with dabo. It is basically no problem, but it's a much steeper learning
curve. Looking forward to the dabo book. But that cannot be scheduled
for v.1?

Subject: Re: [dabo-users] Will Dabo Class Designer look different under
theupcoming dabo IDE

Any tutorials or documentation for dabo would be greatly appreciated.

I've found it very difficult to get into Dabo. I'm not a pro developer
and
just write the occasional script or small application. Dabo looks very
impressive, but I've had far more success getting stuff working using
plain
wxWidgets simply because it has first class documentation and examples.
Dabo
might be 10 times easier to use, but if you don't know where to start or
look stuff up, it might as well not exist.

Please do submit your work, it will be greatly appreciated.

Best regards,

Simon Hibbs
