That should be line 111 in the distributed settings.py file. Sounds
like the original error screwed something up!
If you notice anything else odd, you should probably do the
following: delete the Dabo egg directory, re-run setup.py from the
0.8.2 release file, modify dApp.py to fix the makedirs bug *before*
running anything, and then running Web Update.
