Actually, that docstring explains why I had to re-define the RegID
property in the Class Designer; it was more for me than for people
using the tool. I've changed it to match the original docstring in
the framework.

Sorry to disappoint, but that's not our handiwork; that's the way
that it comes in wxPython.
