        That was fixed after 0.8.3 was released, so it will be in the  
initial egg for 0.8.4. It's too bad that the initial install can't  
grab the latest Web Update version during the install process; this  
would avoid the one-time step to update as root first.

        The files aren't zipped inside the egg; it's just a normal directory  
structure.
