I've done some more testing and this is what I've figured out. This problem only effects the first entry of the database. Once the app is up and running, if I cancel all changes, navigate to another entry, then go back, the original value is displayed in the first entry.
I've tried adding a self.cancel() call to the createBizobjs code just after self.requery() and just before a self.refresh(), but the same thing happens. Any thoughts?
