I've thought about this, and I'm not quite sure what the right thing
to do is. On one hand, you have a parent-child relationship with a
clearly defined link; on the other hand, you also want to filter the
child records. This is now no longer a strict parent-child
relationship, but an odd hybrid.
I'll look into changing the child filter setting to respect any
existing where clause.
