If you have that code, then you have the latest dApp.py.
When you start the Class Designer, are you launching it from the
project home directory, or from the 'ide' directory that contains the
main ClassDesigner.py file? If you aren't in your project's home
directory, try running from it from there; e.g.:
cd /home/ed/apps/my_project
python /home/ed/projects/ide/ClassDesigner.py ui/myForm.cdxml
