1) I am setting the srtings manually in code, as I have a greek keyboard.
2) My dabo and python versions are the same in Windows and Linux (0.8.4
r4111 and 2.5 respectively), however, wxPython was 2.8.8.1 in Linux and
2.8.1 in Windows! I installed 2.8.9.1 in Windows (the latest), and the
exact same errors appeared.

Also, it is curious that E:\Python25\lib\encodings\cp1253.py is used, as
cp1253 is the windows equivalent of iso-8859-7, which is the encoding for
greek. However, all strings are set in utf-8, and the rest of the strings
appear correctly.
