        That screencast is almost 2 years old, and the defaults in the Class  
Designer have changed since then. That looks like one of the areas  
that resulted in a change in behavior; I'll look into correcting it.

        To fix it in your copy, though, open up the object tree and find the  
horizontal sizer. Right-click and choose 'Edit Sizer Settings' from  
the popup. You can now change the proportion back to zero.
