I'm fishing for an .rfxml that's close to what I need so I don't have to yuck with alignment and all that. I think it may be similar to an invoice: big header with name/address, bunch of detail description/amount, footer with a total, place to sign...
Here is what I plan on putting on it: --------- Title: Expense Form - [ ] PyCon [ ] Other - year: (2009) For the check: Name, Amount, mailing address For accounting: some sort of account code to keep Video separate from AV,power strips/networking/badges/registration/whatever... Receipt number - 1,2,3... and have the receipts numbered 1,2,3... description/amount - one for each item on the receipt, line for tax - in case someone wants to get us a refund.. shipping and other amounts that apply to the whole thing. For larger items, serial number and location (or destination, or whatever it asked for last year.) Approved By: Name/Signature/Date Attendee ID/Signature/Date ?? Office use: check number, date, cut by ?? (totally guessing) --------- I haven't actually made a data model yet.
