Interestingly - I get the dabo icon on the windows status bar regardless of
whether I have :-
_appIcon = "./daboIcon.ico"
or :-
_appIcon = None
But in neither case do I get it in the top left hand copy of my screen! A wx
bug, or a py2exe bug, or am I still doing something wrong? When I run my
code (even just an individual form program) from DrPython I get the icon in
both places!
