OK, that's an old version, but it's after the CxnFile fix was made.
So were you opening an exitsting cdxml file when you got the error? If
so, can you open the .cdxml file in a text editor and see if there are
any occurrences of 'CxnFile'? If there are, it should be in the form
object's attributes.
