Did you select both tables when you ran the wizard? If so, they
should both appear in the File/Open menu. Just pick the form you want
to open. You can also modify the 'default_form' setting in main.py to
change the form that opens at startup. You can also pass in one or
more form names on the command line when you start the app, and all of
those forms will open.
