Adding new objects to the Class Designer is not a trivial task, and a
container-like object such as a toolbar would be even more complicated, as the
code that takes .cdxml files and translates them back into Python objects would
need a large amount of customization.
I'll keep it in mind, but couldn't possibly get to it in the near
future, due to demands of work and the upcoming PyCon tutorial. Please enter a
Trac ticket so it isn't completely forgotten.
