Looks like they have moved it internally. This command worked for me
just now:
curl -o dabo_tutorial.ogv
http://a52.video2.blip.tv/7350003621819/Pycon-PyCon2010CreatingRichClientApplicationsUsingDabo644.ogv
(watch the line wrapping!)
