Yes, that is correct: the Step-By-Step tutorial will not be updated.
The information in the PyCon tutorial is more current, more complete, and more
likely to be updated. At some point we'll probably have to drop the PyCon
reference to indicate that it is the standard tutorial document for Dabo.
