Ah! Now I understand. I do all my work on a Mac, which changes the
menu's Ctrl-R to Cmd-R, which is why those keystrokes never conflicted.
I'll fix this in the code, but for now, you can change the shortcut key
for 'Redo' so that it doesn't conflict. Open up the 'Preferences...' menu
option, and there should be a tab for 'Menu Keys'. Select that tab, and expand
the 'Edit' node of the tree to reveal the Edit menu items. Click on 'Redo', and
then click the 'Clear Key' button on the right half. Click 'OK' at the bottom
to save the changes, and now try typing in the Ctrl-R key combo. You may have
to exit dShell and re-launch it to unbind the menu item, but after that, Ctrl-R
should only bring up the history.
