I read and reply to dabo emails in the Mozilla Thunderbird email client.

You should quote what you are replying to, and answer in-line whenever 
possible. 
Occasional top-posting is tolerated.

In general, try to make it easy for people to read and follow the flow, and 
assume 
they are reading it in plain-text.
