If you have a Mac and Safari, just right-click on the page and select
"Save Page As...". It will create a .webarchive file that contains all the html
and images necessary to view the page off-line.
You can also do a "View Source", and then copy the source into an HTML
file. You won't get the images, though.

The document isn't static, which is one of the main reasons I chose an
online version: we can make fixes and enhancements, and everyone can see these
updates when they view the page. There is no way to automatically generate PDFs
from the doc; they have to be done manually. I'll create one now, and try to
keep it updated.
