The screencasts are nice, but didn't cover images and didn't cover parent/child relationships like what an invoice is. I see a potential solution in allowing me to pass in the order values as variables, but I am not sure if that's possible and if I can set up a way to pass dummy variables for previewing. The one other thing is that a lot has changed since those screencasts.
