Generally, if there is functionality that is missing in Dabo but
available in wx, it is best to explain what that need is in a feature request
so that it can be added to the Dabo layer, rather than expect users to drop
down into the wx layer.
Do the Selection/SelectedText properties give you what you need? If
not, explain what is needed, because it sounds like a relatively simple thing
to wrap in Dabo.
