I did not get any dialog. I also tried passing a cdxml file name but got the same message. All this I did in the root folder C:. I then created a proper folder structure with subdirs db, ui and bizobj. Then ran the command: python \dabo\ide\ClassDesigner.py ui\test.cdxml Now it prompted for the class and opened the designer. So I am good for now.
