I've just posted updated versions of the Runtime Engine installers.
Please uninstall your current version, and then try installing from the new
version. Let me know how it works for you.
I noted that the old installers had timestamps from Dec. 27 of last
year, which was the Sunday right after Christmas. Guess this is a once-a-year
thing!
