        Not necessarily. Most mixins are general purpose, such as dPemMixin, 
while the two you cited were for use only within the particular script in which 
they are defined. IOW, dPemMixin *is* designed to be used outside of where it 
is defined (i.e., every UI class), whereas _dBasePanelMixin is only an 
implementation detail of the dPanel classes.
