My 2 cents. "HTML and CSS The Good Parts" Ben Henick O'Reilly. Just started it
and I have already learned much. This book I picked up on the strength of a
recommendation in Reuven Lerner's column in Linux Journal. Over the years his
advice has been invaluable and I generally find his recommendations worth at
least investigating and generally worthwhile in the end.
