Right now, the class doesn't give you that option. It's a creation-time
only style, and your only choices are to show close buttons on all tabs, or
only on the active tab. There isn't anything in wx.AuiNotebook for eliminating
close buttons altogether.

That's not a property of dDockTabs; it's a property of dPageStyled. The
AUI version (dDockTabs) doesn't allow control of the close buttons.
