That's about the only way to handle it now. The 'error' isn't fatal,
but just a way of letting you know that if you were expecting localized
strings, it wasn't going to happen. Without the appropriate translation, Dabo
should default to English, but still print out that warning.
Longer term, the best way to handle this is to do some translations
into Czech, which will then ensure that future Dabo releases have a Czech
translation file. To do this, go to https://translations.launchpad.net/dabo,
and start entering some of the more common translations. The next time we
refresh the project's locale directory, there will be a 'cs' directory under
locale.
