IIRC Jacek made a change (see commit 6495) in relation to this issue and the thread "dabohangover" around 14/March/2011. Doesn't this mean that OP should run with latest SVN version of Dabo.
He is using "http://dabodev.com/download#latest"; but shouldn't he use "http://wiki.dabodev.com/InstallationOnWindows"; Subversion install"?
