Hmm, system info would've been good, sorry.
The Help/About in the class designer says

Platform: GTK
Python Version: 2.6.6 on linux2
Dabo Version: Version 0.9.3; Revision 6572
UI Version: 2.8.12.0 on wxGTK (gtk2)

This is running under Linux, Fedora 14.

Ok, I've pasted the full traceback and the class designer file there.
These are for the simplest case, form with a two page pageframe, no code
in it at all.

Mebbe I'll take Paul's advice and try this in Python 2.7 too.
