I have code that creates a dynamic form that import's the reportwriter and other classes. I tried commenting out the import of the reportwriter and the flashing stopped. So I assumed that the flashing came from the report files. I no longer believe that the general cause of the problem is related to your recent updates - but I'm not complete sure either. I noted that the way I was importing the report files included other routines that might explain the flashing.
I will continue to debug and see if I find the cause of the flashing. At the moment I'm think it has something to do with the scroll-Panel. Of course this appears to be a platform issue - windows only!
