I did try the valign = 'top' and the other valign = 'bottom' not much difference. I ended up using fix positions for items within a sizer. It appears to work but I'm concerned that the resizing of the form will cause issues later. I might be able to set the position based on the upper right corner. But I haven't gotten that far yet.
