I executed the following command to see if there are multiple cnxml files in my project:
dave@Mint-Maya ~/timeclock $ find ~/timeclock -name *cnxml /home/dave/timeclock/db/cxn_priory.cnxml It returned the only one. In my case I had two different .cnxml files for connecting to different databases in the same project. After deleting one of them, I could save and use the other.
